About Our Practice
Dr. Kerr combines many years of medical practice with the kind of compassion
that makes patients feel comfortable and important. He has expertise and special interest in endoscopy,
including laparoscopy and EGD, breast surgery, and surgical care for hernias,
gastrointestinal tract disorders and vascular (vein) conditions.
With
his strong relationship with Bedford Memorial Hospital, Dr. Kerr can take
care of your healthcare needs close to home, from monitoring to testing to
surgical procedures. To ensure you have access to minor procedures, Dr. Kerr
also offers in-office skin biopsies and wound care, for both post-surgery
and diabetes patients.
Preparing for Your Initial Visit
Your complete medical history will help us provide you with the most accurate,
individual care. Prior to your first visit, please make arrangements
with our practice or your primary care physician to complete our healthcare
questionnaire in advance. It’s also helpful to bring any medical records, X-rays, lab
reports, and mammogram films/reports you may have at home.
We participate with most health
insurance plans and we can set up a payment plan if you do not have insurance.
We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. Co-pays are due at the time
of your visit.
Following Your Visit
Please complete our patient satisfaction questionnaire. This lets us know how
we are doing and which areas we may need to improve to make your healthcare
experience the best it can be.
Confidentiality
We will not release any information concerning your medical history or treatment
to any third party without your permission. We will work closely with your
primary care physician regarding our recommendations and your progress. |
